Snag Points of the Residential Apartments

There are Four Types of Snagging works to be done before handing over the Residential Flats to the customer.

First Snagging Work:

1. We are checking the Door and Windows make corrections before fixing.
2. Tiles and Granite works to be completed without damages.
3. Checking the completion of two coats of Putty and one coat of Primer on Internal Walls before applying the Plastic Emulsion Paint.
4. Checking the strength of the Balcony Grill fixed.
5. All Tiles and Granite to be covered with POP.

Second Snagging Work:

1. POP should be removed completed over the floor tiles.
2. Doors and Windows to be fixed properly without damage.
3. Electrical Wiring to be completed and all switch plates to be fixed properly.
4. Sanding and touch up putty for all walls to be completed correctly.
5. Checking wall grouting to be completed properly or not.

Third Snagging Work:

1. We are checking all Fire Fighting Works.
2. We are checking the False Ceiling work's strength.
3. After completion of two coats of putty and one coat of primer, first coat plastic emulsion painting work should be completed without delay.
4. Checking the strength of sanitary fittings at Kitchen and Toilet.
5. Checking Plumbing works.

Fourth Snagging Work:

1. Checking the Strength and Quality of the CP fittings.
2. Checking the Floor Grouting's Quality
3. Checking the quality of Final Coat Paint on the wall.
4. Sealant in the Toilet doors and windows to be applied properly.
5. Final House Keeping to be done.
