The Contractor shall furnish a Contract Performance Security for the proper fulfillment of the Contract within ten days of Letter of Award of Contract" . The Performance Security shall be in the form of a Bank Guarantee while inviting offers for the work. Further, the Contractor shall enter in to a Contract Agreement, with Client, as per the proforma, within thirty days from the date of "Letter of Award of Contract" or within such extended time as may be granted by the Client.
