Hi Friends! we are going to see about Earth Work Specifications of Residential Building before Start the Construction Work.

If we consider the Residential Building with Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor. Before start the foundation work, the soil test should be done. Then and that we can start the foundation work. The Safe Bearing Capacity (SBC) of the soil should be 150 Kilo Newton per Square meter. Consider the Foundation type as Shallow Foundation (d/b < 1). The depth of foundation is 5 feet (1.5 Meter) below to the natural ground level and the foundation is designed for Ground plus two Floors (G+2) (As per IS-1888, Minimum SBC should be 50 Kilo Newton per Square Meter or 5 Tonne per Square Meter at 1.5 meter depth)

But their selling price of one apartment is Rs.1.5 Crores excluding car parking area charges. Total Invested amount for 64 apartments are Rs.22 Crores and Total Earning Money is Rs.96 Crores.
